Realtour ANT 2014 and Virtu Go

I am trying to use my Realtour ANT 2014 smart trainer with Virtu Go (beta). I cannot get the software to recognize it. I tried the upgrade to ANT+FE-C which is supposed to be required with Virtu Go, but the firmware upgrade doesn't take. I have no problem using the trainer with Zwift, but I would like to use Virtu Go. What can I do?

I don't know Virtu Go, but I think it can connect only with ant+ fe-c trainers.
If it is so, you should upgrade your RealTour. But to do this, the trainer must be the upgradable version (serial number higher than 22210)
