Zwift connection

Hello, I am new to all of this so looking for some guidance. I have just purchased a second hand Real tour ANT and run windows 10 on a laptop. i seen to have this all connected up through real programme which is good. I am really looking to join the world of Zwift and when i run this on my laptop my speed is really inaccurate. it gives me 30mph when i barely turn the wheels. Does anybody have any tips or tricks to resolve this? is there a calibration process?

Also does anyone know if i can connect from the realtour ANT to an Apple device like Ipad or apple TV or what is required to enable this?
