Arion Digital smart - loud knocking sound in the front roll

Hello.
I have a problem with the roller Arion Digital Smart (purchased in May 2017).
During torsion,There is a loud knocking sound in the front roll (red cylinder, on which the bike rolls).
The bearings are absolutely unbroken, but it seems that the place where the bearing is lockated into the roll has become loose, it moves from side to side and makes knocking sounds.

The question is the following: can I buy a red cylinder (roll) only (at least the front one) for the roller Arion Digital Smart.

Some time before, they were in sale on your web-site, but now I can not find them.

You can buy them, but before you do, I would advise removing the roller and disassembling it to see exactly what the issue is.
