Arion Digital Smart B+ control over Bluetooth doesn't work

I normally use my Arion Digital Smart B+ rollers over ANT+. Yesterday I tried using them over Bluetooth (as I was testing Zwift on my Windows tablet and I couldn't charge it if I had an ANT+ dongle plugged in...) but the resistance control was apparently not working - the rollers were set to the lowest resistance all the time.

Is this as known issue? Is there a different firmware I could try? I could just get an OTG cable with a charging input but it would be easier to be able to use Bluetooth to control the resistance.

Also, as a side note, the power reading of the trainers is way off - much lower than when compared to a power meter reading. Is there anything that can be done about that?

Yes.
Run my e-training on your tablet, open the parameters menu, scroll down and you'll find a "contact us" option.
