Elite Muin B + - leaking fluid after rides

Hi all,

First post - I bought the Elite Muin b+ last weekend and I have done 3x45 mins sessions on it and after each ride there as been fluid on the floor after. What shall I do? Take it back and get a wahoo kickr or stick with it and try to rectify the problem?

Should this really be happening on a piece of equipment that’s costing £300+ it’s pretty poor to be honest.

Definitively there is something wrong.
This kind of issue may happen if the trainer received some bump during shipment.
Please contact the customer care at [email protected], the guys there will tell you what to do

Thanks for the swift response, they have replied by saying to return to where I had purchased from. I’ll attempt to get another as I have been impressed with it!
