Hello!
I have Elite Real Turbo Muin B+ of 2016, it worked fine till Feb 2022, then during the training, dropped from connection.
After that I have tried to connect it both with Bluetooth and ANT+, program (e.g Trainer road, Zwift).
Both programs see the trainer for 1-5 minutes, even connect, but e.g. Trainer road wrote that calibration is pending.
And I do not hear any more the sounds from the device - the typical, one which alway were in place then connecting to software.
But all lamps on the trainer is on, and cadense sensor is blinking as well.
Also, no changes any more in the resistance is possible. And if I keep pedaling, and software wrote that it is connected d- no information about power, cadets, speed - is actually shown.
Dear support, could you please advice, how to figure out the root cause of the issue and if it could be fixed somehow?

There may be a problem on the electronic circuit board.
If I'm right, you can purchase a new board and solve the problem.
