My trainer just turned 2 years old on Jan. 8 2020 and has stopped working. The trainer is making bad noises and the resistance is not changing, funny I can't find any warranty info on the Elite website. Does elite have a warranty and service department? 2 years is not an acceptable life span for a smart trainer. Please help.

hi my magent cradle get stuck on high resistance too when it tries to withdraw it just spins. i have read you can get a new cradle but i cannot find how
