Good afternoon,
I purchased a set of Elite Nero Rollers back at the end of 2020. I tried them once and then reboxed. I have set them up again and am running into a little trouble. One level 1, it takes about 250w at 80rpm on Wahoo Systm. I purchased the MyeTraining to check it out and got the same numbers again.
I then followed the how-to check resistance. I set it on level 1 and began to pedal. Increasing it towards 16, it continuously got harder, so I know the resistance is working.
I then followed the how to use without electricity. I then paired my Quarq power meter with SRAM software and began to pedal, again, with no electricity; it was around 250w at 80rpm.
I then took the same bike to a set of standard rollers; at 80rpm, I was at 160w.
I let the rollers sit for 2 hours and then did the calibration. The number was 4368.
What can I do to get the brake to release to 0? Am I missing something?
Thanks
Chuck
Nero seems to have brake applied at level 1

Re: Nero seems to have brake applied at level 1
Hi
I'm not sure to have understood properly your request.
Level 1 is the minimum level for Nero.
You've wrote that you were pedaling at 80rpm, but you didn't write the speed. If you were around a 30-35km/h, that power is correct.
