Hello, i’ve Just bought a Nero smart rollers, but have a issue with power . When using my trainer with Zwift or even when using my Garmin Edge 1000, I have a discrepancy between my rotor power meter and the power value return by Elite Nero. I’ve tried to calibrate it using the My eTraining app, both using Bluetooth and Ant+ but I get an error during the calibration. The calibration phase start by saying start pedaling and increase the seed but then even if i’m pedaling then the calibration step returns : calibration Failed. But when using the same app to make a training session power values and cadence is displayed showing that the Nero rollers are connected to the app. So is there an issue with the rollers ? The app ? Just to give some power discrepancy example, when Nero returns a value of 140 W on Zwift, I get 90W on my Garmin Edge connected to the Rotor Power meter. I’ve also noticed that the power value under Zwift will clamp to 250w and no more. How can I know what’s going on ?
Thank you.
