Suito T - new to the trainer and can't get above 8 kmph after calibration

Hi

Just bought the Suito T from a very large online sports retailer starting with W....

Set up out of the box was fine.

Using my smartphone (Moto E6) I updated the firmware.

Trying to use the Elite app to calibrate.

I have a green flashing light and the resistance is incredibly high - I can't get above 8 kmph it's like I'm riding up a brick wall s no chance of getting to 33 kmph

It's also making A LOT OF NOISE as though the trainer is actively fighting against me. (It's that electronic sound coming from the unit/flywheel)

What am I doing wrong?

It's the same in TR - my phone app says I'm paired but I can't get past the first 3 mins on the ramp test as the resistance is so hard with the same noise as well.

Please help, as it's a lot of money and it's supposed to be ready within mins!

Update:

Read another thread that had a lot of posts saying the same thing - out of the box / mega high resistance.

Seems to be a motherboard issue.

However, reading all the other threads I think I have made a mistake with Elite regardless and have arranged to send it back.
