Problème de connexion élite suito

Bonjour.
Lorsque j'allume mon home traîner suito, il n'y a que la diode bleu qui s'allume. Cela fait 3j et du coup, il n'y a plus de connexion avec ma plateforme swift. Avant la diode rouge s'allumait en 1er pour passef au bleu une fois connecté. Est ce qu'il y a une solution. Merci pour votre aide.

This kind of issue indicates that the electronic circuit board is not properly powered.
The cause can be a problem on the power supply or on the circuit board itself.

First thing to do is to check the power supply with a multimeter/tester.
If you don't have it, you can ask to your trusted car electrician or in an electronic shop to check it for you.
It must provide 12V.

If it doesn't, you have to replace the power supply.
If it is ok, the electronic circuit board must be replaced.
