Faulty trainer? Very loud sound

Hello,
one of my Suito trainers (i have 2) started today producing very loud noise when peddaling and when spinning down (freely).
Please check this and tell me if its faulty, bad trainer?
1st sound good trainer, 2nd sound bad one.

When an unusual noise appears on your trainer, the correct thing to do is to contact our support:
https://support.elite-it.com/en/ticket

When you open the ticket, specify the trainer serial number and add a link with a video of the noise (it must be a video of your trainer, not a video of another found on the web). Our mechanics will check it and tell you what to do.
Often it's only necessary to follow some procedure to fix the problem.
