I have started to experience a vibration from my Suito that I can feel right through the bike, pedals and handlebars. When the resistance is low the vibration is not there, it occurs when the power is approx. 120w and above.
I have another bike that I have tried on the trainer and the same happens so there is nothing loose or vibrating on the bike itself. Before this started happening I had noticed that when resistance is increased there is a knocking noise from the trainer. It is not a loud knock but it is definitely there and it wasn't there from new.
Please offer some advice as to what this could be. I've had the trainer for less than 12 months.

That link just takes me back to the page with the frequent questions, the knowledgebase and the link back to this forum. Where is the link to actual Customer Care as you suggest?
The actual 'Support' link on that page links back to itself. What's going on? Where is actual support?

3 clicks away.
On the support page, click on trainer, click on your trainer, scroll down and click on "here" to open a ticket.

Did you manage to fix this?
I'm experiencing the same problem. Once I start going over 150w, I can feel the trainer start to vibrate.
