Looking for help

I'm brand new to the world of interactive trainers, and somewhat new to biking as well. With that being said I just purchased the Elite Suito after binge watching and hours of reading reviews! I'm so excited to be getting this system in a few days. however, I'm afraid my current bike isn't going to work, and I'm going to need to make some changes, adjustments, or maybe even another bike. If someone would be kind enough to offer some advice to help me in navigating this I would be so appreciative!

is it a 5mm quick release, axle width 130 or 135mm? If so, you're good.

I think it's not usable on the trainer, you have a 7 speed rear shift, minimum, with the appropriate cassette, is 9 speed
