New Gravel Bike Compatibility?

Considering getting a new state street gravel bike and wanting to use it with my Elite Suito. The bike has a rear thru-axel of M12 156mm. I see a 157mm thru axel booster adapter would this work, or should I keep looking for another bike?

it's not the axle length important, but the hub width

with 156 mm axle it's probably a standard 142 mm hub width, so it's compatible without any accessories
