Problem with suito T

Hi everyone,

I’m having issues with my Suito T trainer. When I turn it on, it makes a strange noise as if some electronic component is “stuck,” and now it has locked into high resistance, making it difficult to pedal. Has anyone else experienced this problem or knows how to fix it? I appreciate any help!
