Zumo trainer calibration issue

Dear Elite,
I've got a Zumo trainer second hand in very good condition, it worked flawlessly out of the box yesterday. Today I've did a quick calibration in both the Elite android app, and in Zwift so I can start using the trainer as I intended.
Now the trainer doesn't provide any resistance, unlike yesterday when I quickly tried it out with Zwift. I can adjust the resistance, but only in the windows version of the Elite My E-training app. I am connected to my devices via Bluetooth.
Can I somehow reset the trainer to the factory default settings? This is really frustrating.
