Tuo setup for 27,5 & 700 wheels

Hi there,
I'm new owner of Elite Tuo.
Due to Elite's official youtube video for installation, both 27,5 & 700 wheels "use" the same setup.
But when I'm trying to install my bikes (one 27,5 and the other 700), I have to do the switch with the screws and all change the Tuo's setup.
Is that possible? Am I doing something wrong?
