I recently purchased a Tuo trainer. ERG is not working in Zwift or Trainer Road using either BLE or ANT+. I’ve contacted both apps support to no avail. Has anyone else experienced this problem and found a fix?

Sorry - it works OK on mine in ERG mode. I use Rouvy and it's fine.
