Elite Direto XR stopped working after failed upgrade

Hi,
Yesterday I started an upgrade of my Elite Direto XR through Upgrado on android. Reaching 70% I've got the message that the upgrade failed.
Nothing was unplugged or disconnected during the process.
Since this failed upgrade my trainer is not starting anymore, nor is it possible to connect to it.
My guess is because of the failed upgrade the trainer is in a kind of "Bricked" state. Is there a way to do a Factory Reset?

I just had the same problem this morning. Now even the lights do not turn on when I power on the trainer. I need a quick solution please. I sent a ticket already

my roller is also turned off after failed update with Huawei Android. the shop changed my roll, I did an update with iPhone and everything was fine.

Hello,
the Upgrado app (Android) just bricked my Elite Direto XR after the restart - it makes some noise but LED remain dark with no bluetooth signal.
Is there no known procedure to fix failed upgrades ? Waiting for ticket response during holidays is not great.... thank you!

Same problem here?
Brand new direto XR. Connected with updato and android. Start fw update. The process stop at 30%

After no more led light on and basically roller stop working. So potentually there is a huge problem doing FW update. Be carefull.

Use iPhone o ipad.

don't use android, elite know there are problems with some brands (huawei or xiaomi) but don't warn.

If you have a problem after a firmware upgrade, please contact the support.

Same problem here. After a firmware update failure, it’s not possible to connect with the hometrainer. Not in the Upgrado app and not with Zwift.

I already make a ticket @ support. But why Elite don’t post the solution online?
