Cassette is not moving (backwards) / Does not stop spinning

I have used y Suite last winter without any problems, today I wanted to use it again after few months.

Situation:
- When the bike is not on the Suito, you cannot spin the cassette. Not forwards (due to resistance) but also not backwards.
- When I stop pedalling, the Suito cassette keeps turning. This results in my chain being all messed up.

What I tried so far:
- I tried to recalibrate (seems to work, but no effect)
- looked for firmware updates (seems to be up to date)

Can you help me here?
