Sound rare hits in Direto X

My Direto X has been making weird noises for a long time. Like the gears don't engage properly and the chain jumps, but the chain doesn't jump on the sprockets. It sounds like "clack, clack". Especially when the slope on the road changes, or when I change the chainring or sprocket. If the slope is very high, sometimes it is repeated many times, and some of those sounds seem to break something inside. Someone else happens?
