Hello,
I'm the user of your product 'DIRETO XR'.
I bought your product 3 years ago and now I have some noise problem. After watching your tutorial material in Youtube,
I have solved some of noise problem, but I still have noise in bearing because of abrasion.
So, I want to replace the bearing but I don't know how to remove/replace it.
It is such a high-end model, but it would be a shame if I can't use it because of one bearing issue.
So, I'd like to ask for your help on this. Would you please explain to me in details how to change the bearing?
Here I attach the picture to show my bearing.

Hi

It's not possible to replace the bearing without special equipment.
We can offer a repair, though.
Please contact our support. Add also a video in which we can hear the trainer noise and the trainer serial number

Hello, thank you for your reply.
I don't think I can send the bike to you to get the repair as I'm in South-Korea.
So, I'd like to get your further help if possible.
Here I attached 2 videos with links. Vedeo 1(Before) is the earlier stage of noise problem, and vedeo 2(after) is after I did some fix after watching your youtube tutorial.
After the fix, still you could hear the noise. This is why I want to replace the bearing.
If you have the drawing of disassemble or any video showing how to replace the bearing, it would be very grateful.
I'm going to search for the special equipment through domestic mechanic.

Hi

I can open the first video, but not the second one.
I get an access error in Korean.

Please contact the support. I don't understand why you see a blank page clicking on the support link.

Try in this way:
- open our home page (https://www.elite-it.com)
- select "support" on the upper bar
- select your trainer on the list
- select the option to open a ticket (it's under the trainer description)

If still you are not able to submit your request, please write an emai at [email protected]
