Misuro blu not transmitting

Hi, I try to set up my qubo power smart with the misuro blu.
I could configure the qubo to connect to the misuro and the heart sensor but when I try an FTP test I get an error that no data could be transmitted and to check my Blutooth settings. I placed the misuro exactly as explained in the manual (see attachment). What else can it be ? Thanks

Do you also have the misuro blu (black version)?
Check position and battery charge level.
