Elite Rizer problems

Hello
When I bought the elite riser and turned it on for the first time, the incline up and down buttons worked But now it doesn't work for me, the up and down keys don't work either through the riser application and not physically either only the red light works for me What can I do to make it work like it did in the beginning?
