Drivo Noise, Belt Slipping & Cleaning

I've had a Drivo since June 2020 which has done about 17000km over that time. I've 3 issues I hope folk can help with:

1. Belt slipping - this has just started in the last couple of days
2. Noise - not the squeaking of the belt but sounding more serious. Not sure if related to slipping belt
3. Cleaning - the inside is full of rubber fragments that when wiped just smudge leaving black marks on the cover. Any suggestions for cleaning?

Unfortunately I can't upload any photos or videos as the files are too large.
