Oil type and quantity for Turno

Hello.
I am very happy about using my Turno, but recently I discovered a leak.

Would like to replace seal (maybe bearing) and oil.

But I am not sure what kind oil and how much of it I need to put.

Right now because of lack of proper amount of oil it shows very optimistic power values...

Here is my serial number: TUF200057

The oil we use is a very special oil. You cannot purchase it on the market.
Also, it may be necessary to replace the o-ring as well.

I have the same problem, but I can't open a support ticket as it claims my serial number is invalid.
Since the bearing seal has failed, oil has gotten into the bearing, meaning it has to be replaced along with O-ring, bearing seal and oil.

Serial number is TUJ171900
