Drivo not transmiting on Any or Bluetooth

I have a Drivo but it's not visible to Zwift or any other platform. I can update the software using the app and the app say the software is up to date so the Bluetooth is receiving but it can't been seen by any training app on either my pc or phone so I don't think it's transmitting.
