Spare parts for Suito trainer

Hi,

I need a spare part. I am not entirely sure which, but it is for the Elite Suito article nr 6035-0405-001-N1908. Please see the picture, i think there should be a bolt in there before attaching the quick release (of which i also need a new one as mine is bent).
