Hi All,
Last week I bought a second-hand Direto XR-T. I calibrated it (within 1 point of the original value), did the update to firmware v80, but somehow I am not getting Cadence data.
It does give power, I also can control the power, either by MyEtraining app or Zwift, but no cadence at all. Not on big ring /small ring, high power/ low power. Nothing received at all.
Off course a workaround is to use an extra cadence sensor, but prefereably I want it to receive cadence from the Direto.
Does anyone recognize this behaviour?

Re: No Cadence - problem
Hi
Are you sure to have properly configured the trainer?
Please notice that you don't have to pair the trainer in the "cadence sensor" option, as this is used for external sensor only.
If the configuration is ok, there may be a problem on the cadence connector on the electronic circuit board.
In this case, please contact the support:

Re: No Cadence - problem
I have been in contact with Elite support and they proposed to send me a new electronic board. By the end of this week i expect to receive this, and I am hopeful to problem will be solved then.
