Hello,
I just tried to update the firmware of a Suito and there must have been some problem (it's been going on for a long time, and I don't think it ended well) and now it doesn't pair with the Garmin, nor am I able to get it to happen in the UPGRADO application now of screen". It seems that it reads that the firmware is 196 but without showing data in the HW revision, and it also stays on the app screen with the "little clock" without going beyond there. I don't know if there is any way to "reset" the roller to factory settings or something similar, or if there is a contact email for ELITE technical support that I can contact, which I haven't located either. Thank you if anyone can comment.

My suggestion is to repeat all setup starting to zero, like new.
And then to repeat the connection to garmin

Some devices have a way to recover from failed firmware updates, such as using a specific software tool or connecting to a computer via USB. Again, check the user manual or the manufacturer's website for any information on firmware recovery for the Suito trainer.

I recommend turning off both your Suito and Garmin device, wait a few minutes, and then turn them back on. Retro Bowl College
