I have problems importing GPX files to Garmin Connect web

I have problems importing GPX files to Garmin Connect web, it sends an error when uploading the file.

"An error occurred while loading. Retry."

Have you tried to export the myE-training Data as .FIT file? Works for me.

There may be a problem with the original file.
Did you already try to export it again?

I am trying to create a new ticket but it does not accept the 5-digit serial number of my Drivo, “invalid serial code”
