Upload stuck since a week

Hi there,

I've recorded a video for myRealVideo-Upload, but the upload is stuck since a week. The id is 242766518. It is stuck at 2,85GB, which is the actual file size, when I check the video in the explorer. But the app calculates 3,38GB to be uploaded.
Anything I can do? The only action available is the delete icon.

Did you already tried to restart the app?
Also, cancel the upload and try again.

Hi,
thanks and yes. I've restarted both app and mobile several times. "Cancel" is not available, only the trash can is showing. I can click on the video, which will play the video, or I can refresh the page, which will show the turning sign for upload.

I will contact support.
