Hi,
My Elite Suito-t which I have had for a couple years now has stopped adjusting the resistance.
I aways worked out succesfully paired with my Garmin edge 530. But now the resistance does not change and despite the power meter showing a lower or higher power depending on the setting (grade, resistance, target power), the pedalling actually feels the same and my heart rate and cadence stay stable.
When I change the resistance from low to high, i hear something adjusting in the suito (the magnets moving??), but i then remain pedalling the same cadence at the same heart rate, and the power output changes on my garmin. Either I got very fit, and can cycle at >1000 watt in zone 2, or the suito has stopped working. I’d like to think the former, but it is definitely the Suito!
I have updated to latest firmware, tried recalibrating after 10 mins of cycling.
Not sure what else to do.
Please help!? I miss my Suito!
Best regards,
Matthew

Re: Elite suito-t resistance stopped working
Hi,
Have you find a solution? I have the same situation. I've did "Cleaning the motor screw thread" procedure: https://elitesrl.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/a ... TEP7BG66YQ
But I've noticed that magnets in my Suito doesn't move. So, it means or the step motor is broken or steering on mother board
