Direto not turning

Just tried to use my new Direto for 3rd time after getting it just last Friday.
Bluetooth connects to the app but flywheel will barely turn even with my full 105kg weight on the crank.
Tried powering it on and off a few times, and disconnecting and reconnecting app but no change.
Anyone else experienced this or got any tips to resolve?
Gutted as it's my new training toy and already appears to have failed...
