Calibrated my new Director as per the instructions via myETraining app on my Apple iMac.
Now when I train in Zwift, with ERG mode activated, I experience a 10 to 15% offset (10 to 15% lower power from the Direto in Zwift) in watts indication compared with the data I retrieve from my Stages Power Meter on my bike.
Example:
Zwift shows 340Watt, Stages Dash Training Computer shows 380Watts measured via the Stages Power Meter I have installed on my bike.
Can someone please explain what I can or have to do to correct this? Ultimately what happens now is that I’m training with too high values leading the too intens exercises. As a workaround I now incorporate the offset in the training plans I receive from my coach to deal with this issue and to train based on my real FTP.
Regards,
Bert

Hi Bert
I see that you've already solved the issue with our customer care (the belt needed to be tightened)
