Strava upload with real software

In the last weeks I have registered a new designed Strava uploader. Since the new design was introduced I cannot connect my workouts with Strava. There is no reaction when clicking on the button.
I am using the realaxiom wired.

I'm not sure to have understood.
Real software doens't have a direct export to Strava (only the tcx export).

Do you mean that your new Strava uploader doesn't accept the exported tcx?
Can you provide a link of this uploader?

It is the Real Data Publisher that does not work.

By the way: I am in contact with the Strava support too. They want a copy of a training file. Where do I find those? The "Data" map is empty

I think they need an exported file of the training (probably in tcx format).
Let us know what they say.
