Hi, I just got my Direto. Does it need calibration? The instructions didn't mention it.
In the My Training app there is "Trainer Sensor Calibration". It tells me to start pedaling, but then nothing happens. When I go to ride in Dashboard -> Trainings -> Level mode, it sees the trainer OK, so the Bluetooth is working. I am using My Training on iPad.

Re: Direto calibration
Hi
We suggest to do the calibration every 3-4 weeks of use.
In my e-training, if you do a normal training all works properly?
If it is so, but you cannot do the calibration still, please contact the customer care at [email protected] to investigate further

Re: Direto calibration
Hi, today it worked in the My e-training app. I don't know what went wrong before.
I think the value was 6715. Is it good?

Re: Direto calibration
It depends on the original value of your trainer.
There's a sticker on the trainer with the original value, check it. If your value is close to that (not more than 5 points) it is ok.
If it is lower of more of 5 points, then it is necessary to tighten the belt (1 turn at time, then calibrate again and check if the value is ok, otherwise go on with another turn - NEVER exceed the original offset!)

Re: Direto calibration
I’m pretty sure my sticker says 6573, and my calibration returns 6508. I guess it’s possible it says 6513, but I doubt it. If it’s really off by 65, is there something wrong with the unit, or should I just tighten the belt. If so, how?

Re: Direto calibration
Contact the customer care at [email protected] specifying also the serial number of the trainer.
We have a register with all the original offset of the trainers, so we can check (and in case give you instructions on what to do)

Re: Direto calibration
Where exactly can I find the option 'Trainer Sensor Calibration' in the iOS app? It doesn't show up to me.

The calibration wizard is in the Advanced Settings of the app.
The option appears only for the trainers that can be calibrated, of course.
