Elite Drivo erg mode and resistance control not working

My 3 month old Drivo’s erg mode and resistance control stopped working with Zwift and Elite’s own app.

I use it bluetooth and IPhone but I also tried with laptop using ant+ donggle and bluetooth.

I can see power data, speed and cadence but I can not change resistance nor does it react to terrain changes in Zwift. It used to work ok.

Is there some update I should do, some button to press or is it just broken?

Ho lo stesso problema con Drivo II , ho provato con diversi Garmin sia collegandolo via Blt e Ant si collega leggo i dati cadenza potenza ecc posso modificare resistenza e/o potenza sul display ma non si traduce in un cambio reale di resistenza o di potenza ma rimane tutto invariato, idem con zwift o il programma Myetraining di Elite !!!??? Lo acquistato a Novembre 2018 e sino a meta Gennaio tutto funzionava.
Ora per variare la potenza /resistenza devo aumentare cadenza e utilizzare il cambio bici, ovviamente non riesco più a fare lavori specifici cadenza e potenza tipo FSR tanto meno utilizzare piattaforme interattive.
Ho scritto una mail assistenza un giorno fa e attendo info per risolvere questo problema.

A year has gone by and looks they have not fixed it.
My drivo reads 10-15 watts above any other powermeter.

They said the difference lies on that the powermeters reading on the pedals or cranks, chain dispersion, etc. The reality is wahoo provides same reading as pedal and cranks powermeters while drivo does not.

The problem lies in their BLE connection. Either they dont want to say they know this or acknowledge.

Returning my drivo this saturday. End of story
