"No Competitor Connected" ?
Just upgraded Real software to V8 and now get Error message "No Competitor Connected". I'm on a wired Axiom and when I disconnect/connect USB I get a tone from computer so I know it's been connected. Where/how do I connect to get my trainer online?

Re: "No Competitor Connected" ?
I am getting 'no competitor connected to axiom device' when I plug in my real tour wired trainer into my pc. I have just had a Windows update (Windows 8) and a Garmin connect update which is also installed on the pc. Otherwise no issues before. PC does not seem to recognise the trainer but indicates it is connected (tonee following plug in). Any suggestions to solve this problem please?

Re: "No Competitor Connected" ?
Just tried to use my RealTour Trainer after being off it for the summer...I keep getting a 'No competitor connected, You can't access to the course' error. I have tried a number of different things but none have worked. Any suggestions?

Re: "No Competitor Connected" ?
It seems a problem with the com port.
Please follow this procedure:
- download the file at this link: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1k-Ye2 ... yXa6B-Q4GH
- unzip it and copy it in Real folder (in the same place where the file Real.exe is)
- open windows device manager
- check in the COM port list and look for the console COM
- if the number of the port COM of the console is less than 4, please change it and set it at a higher number
- finally, run Real software
Let me know if the problem is solved.

Hello, I had here a "me too".
I downloaded your file, extacted it and put it into the same folder. In fact it is an empty text file with title "BdevExcludeComport3 evite erreurr.txt"
Then my device got found again. So thanks for the help.
