Elite Turbo Muin is not working

Hi!
If I start the Hardware, the trainer is doing some noise (2x 5to10 seconds). The software tells it is connected.
But if I start the training there is no reaction of the trainer.

What is the problem?

Do you have a Real Turbo Muin ant or B+?
Speed is properly shown during the training? Only the resistance is missing?
