Rampa bike fit issue

I am having an issue where the Rampa support posts seem to be getting closer together at the top. My wife and I use the trainer with two different bikes, so we switch frequently. My bike is larger and I am finding it difficult to fit my bike in now. This is with the handle open, before even attempting to lock it in (so its not a matter of threading out the piece that the hub sits in). It has definitely become tighter over time. I think its a solid frame, so not sure how this could be adjusted. Any suggestions?
