My e Training with Garmin HRM

i have a new direto and want to use the e Training Software. It all works, only my Garmin HRM Run doesn`t work with the software. It works with Bkool, Zwift etc. What do i have to do?

The heart rate belt is ant+?
Are you using a ant+ dongle on the pc? It's a Windows pc or a Mac?

Hi all,

I am able to connect my HRM-TRI with the My E Training APP( or at least, that is what the APP says) but when I start any training or test, the APP does not record any data.

I tried with another APPs and I am able to get my Heart Rate recorded.

Any clue about what could be the problem? My phone is ANT+ and looking in parametres; the HRM is sync.
