I have the Turbo Muin (S/N 1041X) and just purchased the Misuro B+ (S/N 190XX)
I have just now installed and positioned the Misuro B+ (as per Elite instructions) and configured it to 3 clicks (Turbo Muin has 1041X S/N)
I have done a couple of sessions with MyETrainer and FulGaz, and I only get around 80 watts (max 100 watts) and very slow speed, my experience is it should be around 250-300 watts for the effort I am doing.
I have googled to try to find a solution which led me to tighten the trainer belt to 2NM, but there was no improvement in the accuracy of the power reading).
I have also tried it on 12 clicks but this made no difference.
Any assistance or suggestions would be appreciated.
I would like to use with zwift, but with power readings so far off, it wouldn't work.
Turbo Muin and Misuro B+ power off by 340% watts

Re: Turbo Muin and Misuro B+ power off by 340% watts
Hi Rich
Power is low because speed is low.
The problem may be on position of the misuro. Please check it again (orientation is important).
Also, check the battery level of charge.
If the problem persists, contact our customer cara at [email protected] adding a photo of how the misuro is placed on the trainer
Regards

I have a similar problem. Misuro B+ says 30 - 40 watts when it should be more like 120 watts.
The cadence is correct and the speed seems about correct for the gear and cadence. Also the new battery in the Misuro B+ went down to about 21% in a few hours so it drains very fast like discussion viewtopic.php?t=401

@steveedmonds
Check to have set a proper number of flashes on the misuro.
Anyway, if the battery drains so faster, there may be a problem on the misuro B+. Contact our customer care:
