My Real Videos

I have a RealAxiom turbo which I have used for several years but recently I have not been able to get onto myrealvideos in the RealVideo tab being told that the server is busy. I have used this function several times before without problem to download videos. I am using windows vista and version 8.0.0.88 of the real software. I have tried it on my windows 10 computer with the same result.

I confirm you that we are having some problems with our server.
As Real is no more supported at development level, we don't know if the problem will be solved.

I suggest you to start using our my e-training software instead
