Elite Evo Issue

Hello,

My Elite Evo has suddenly broken. The resistance unit become really hard, and it is like pedaling on the mood. https://www.projectlibre.com/users/kohi-click-test

How can I contact the customer care department? I cannot find any email or form to send a messaage.
