Hi everyone,
I bought an Elite Suito trainer last year and used my ancient road bike on it. This year, I bought a 2018 Cannondale SuperSix Evo Disc and just tried installing it on the Suito. While the bike is firmly attached to the trainer, when I was testing out the shifting, when shifting to the smallest gear in the rear cassette, the chain slips off the gear and falls into the area with the metal spacer. Note that I can shift to the largest gear without any issues.
Is there something I'm doing wrong? Does anyone have any solution that could help solve this problem?

Hi
Are you sure to have used a correct cassette for your bike? Check the number of speeds.
Check also if you have used the correct number of spacers.
It may also be necessary to adjust a little the gear
Regards

I had the same problem. I think I needed another spacer, but I solved the problem by adjusting the limiting screws on the rear derailleur. here's a video if you, like me, need a "how to": https://youtu.be/zTaVUvO4vLw?si=ZwsJxy-sNadfPpv3
