Tuo not working

Just arrived today new.
In each app like zwift, e trainer it connects via bt but says start pedaling and nothing is happening.
E.g. in zwift the avatar does not move at 0w when pedaling. Same for my etraining.
I assume something is wrong and will return the product.

The guys there will ask you some specific test
