Cannot connect Real software to server

When trying to start Real software or select connect to server, the indication "Unable to download connection info. Please try again later" is shown. Been this way for a few days already

I am having the same problem. I have the Real Tour wired so I must use the PC to run it. I would like to get more videos downloaded if anyone knows how I could do that and run them on the PC.

Same here, was able to connect in August 30 I think, since that is the last video I downloaded.

I have the same problem. I have not been able to use my Drivo trainer during the last weeks because everytime I start the Real application I get the same message telling that it has not been possible to connect to the server, and suggesting to try later. I'have checked my firewall ( also disabled it ), reinstalled the application, and checked other things but the problem persists.

Has anybody with the same problem, been able to find a solution ? I have searched on that forum and found many people with the same issue, but I'haven't found any post with a solution. I bought that trainer to use it with the real-videos and, as connection fails, now I can not use videos on it.

Have the same issue as well. Can't connect, can't download, can't race...
