Drivo does not connect with Samsung s7 Bluetooth

Hello,

I have a new Drivo. I downloaded the MyETrainer app on my samsung s7. There is no Bluetooth connection between the Drivo and the samsung s7!
Blue Led is flashing. In the Bluetooth menu the symbol DR appears but no connection after many tries.
Can someone help me.

Same Problem on my Suito with Samsung s8, and Samsung s5e tablet. Unlytqhe upgrado app can connect. My iPad works... Really bad
